Sending Your Return

Once the criteria is met, email us at customerservice@bluladore.com to notify us of the exchange. Return should then be sent to:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If your original packing slip has been misplaced, please include a note including your full name and/or order number and indicate if you would like to exchange an item for a different size or receive merchandise credit. If it is not indicated or the size, you are requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.
